For the vendors of your choosing, I will: - Check availability - Schedule a meeting (or tasting/consultation) with that vendor - Attend that scheduled meeting with you (or on your behalf) - Handle all contract updates on your behalf before and after you hire that vendor For example, to lock in your florist, I'd reach out to 1 of my preferred vendors to check their availability, schedule a meeting with that 1 vendor, attend the 1 meeting with you (or on your behalf) and then manage all communication / contract updates with your florist once you've signed a contract and paid that vendor. If you then wish to meet with a second florist (to receive a second quote), there would be no additional charge. Oftentimes, I find that meeting with a second florist is not always necessary and relies on how well the first meeting went. Should you find yourself wishing to visit with a third florist (to receive a third quote), you'd have the option to do that on your own (without me), or to add on another Vendor Meeting @ $300.
