DAY-OF ASSISTANCE

 

Think of me as an extra pair of hands on your wedding day! I'll be there to get you down the aisle, set up a few of your personal items and oversee your vendors / your timeline so you can focus on enjoying the day. Leading up to the event, you handle all the logistics and planning but we'll have at least 2 meetings to talk things through, ensuring you're set up for success. Also, you can call / email me at any time you need advice or have questions.

. –– From date of hire I'm available via phone and email to offer expertise, guidance and answer questions –– You receive access to my preferred vendor list and cloud-based drive to easily keep track of all planning documents –– We will schedule at least 2 meetings to review everything you have planned and discuss the event details. –– I will schedule and attend a venue walkthrough –– I will attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal (the day before or day-of the event) –– I provide (up to) 12 hours of onsite 'day-of' assistance which includes the following: • Ceremony coordination lead • Supervision of vendor load in and set up • Supervision of event timing, referencing the layouts and timeline that you create • Set up of the following personal/decor items – guestbook, seating chart, cake utensils, champagne flutes, favors, table numbers, bar signage, linen placement on tables and send off items (i.e. sparklers, pom-poms, bubbles, etc.) • Loading of the aforementioned items and any received gifts into designated vehicles at the end of the night • Distribution of any personal flowers (boutonnières and corsages) and any vendor gratuities accordingly • Your access to my wedding emergency kit which includes – scissors, assortment of tape, mini sewing kit, glue gun and safety pins • Your access to my sewing skills for missing buttons, broken bustles, or any needed miscellaneous alterations • An invitation to collaborate on one Instagram Reel featuring content captured by my team on the day-of

WEDDING COORDINATION

 

Think of me as your personal wedding confidant — someone who is there to help guide & supervise your actions throughout the entire planning process. From the get-go, I'll build a customized monthly checklist outlining your priorities and constantly monitor your progress as you hire vendors, chiming in with advice or friendly nudges as needed. In addition, I'll take care of all the logistics for you and create a timeline and diagram(s) for the event. On the big day I'll be your right hand man every step of the way.

. –– This package is inclusive of all Day-Of Assistant services with the following additions: + 1 additional planning meeting is part of this package + I will coordinate all logistics for the event one month prior + I will create a timeline & any needed diagram(s) for reference during the planning process + I build a customized checklist (or 'to-do' list) for your wedding, complete with 'start by' dates as well as deadlines + I provide monthly check-ins via email to ensure your planning process remains on schedule, assisting as needed + I provide direct oversight of the vendor hiring process (by asking you to CC me on all emails exchanged with vendors) and am available to review any 3rd party contracts offering guidance before you sign + I provide an assistant for additional event support

EVENT DESIGN

 

Think of me as your design guru! We'll kick planning off with a bang by fine tuning the theme and color palette for your wedding. A custom crafted vision board will be our guide as I direct you towards the floral, rental and lighting teams who can make your vision a reality. Prior to the wedding, a full tablescape mock up will help you envision what the big day will look like, turning your stress into sparkle! 

. –– This package is inclusive of all Wedding Coordination services with the following additions: + 1 designated design consultation is included in this package + I will create a concise vision board for your wedding + I provide Vendor Management services for the following vendors: florist, rentals & lighting * Vendor Management services include: checking availability, appointment scheduling, my attendance at scheduled appointments, contract review and handling any contract updates on your behalf (additional details provided upon inquiry) + To coincide with the final walkthrough, I will help coordinate a table centerpiece mock up consisting of all available rentals and florals

CORE VENDOR MANAGEMENT

 

Think of me as the director of your core vendors – those previously listed under Event Design as well as your caterer, band/dj, photographer and hair + makeup team. I will take the reins of your vendor hiring process, ensuring your biggest investments are maximized while minimizing the stress faced in an (almost) entirely custom industry with endless possibilities. 

. –– This package is inclusive of all Event Design services with the following additions: + I provide Vendor Management services for the following vendors: catering, band/dj, photography, and hair & makeup * Vendor Management services include: checking availability, appointment scheduling, my attendance at scheduled appointments, contract review and handling any contract updates on your behalf (additional details provided upon inquiry) + I provide a second assistant for additional event support

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

 

Think of me as both the architect of your vision and the producer of your wedding’s operations. I will oversee your entire vendor team, tracking payments and deadlines alongside your budget, providing a streamlined hub for every detail. Additionally, I will manage your RSVPs, room blocks, and wedding website, ensuring every behind-the-scenes detail is meticulously handled, creating a seamless and luxurious planning experience for you.

. –– This package is inclusive of all Core Vendor Management services with the following additions: + I provide Vendor Management services for your entire vendor team * Vendor Management services include: checking availability, appointment scheduling, my attendance at scheduled appointments, contract review and handling any contract updates on your behalf (additional details provided upon inquiry) + I will track all payments to your vendors alongside budget monitoring + I will assist with the set up and upkeep of your wedding website + I will help you research, find and secure room blocks for the evening before/after your wedding, keeping track of all guests who chose to utilize the room blocks + For your RSVPS, I will build a digital system for logging and organizing guest names, response status, meal choice, dietary restrictions, plus-one details and any special notes as they come in, following up with any guests as needed
