I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Design Tech, specializing in theatrical stage management, directing and design. My career in the event industry began over a decade ago when I moved to Austin and interned with one of the industry's most reputable planners, who has nearly 30 years of experience. Over the past 10+ years, I gained hands-on experience working directly with this planner’s team and advanced through roles including day-of assistant, lead coordinator, and full planner, before launching my own business in November of 2021. During this time, I also worked at a local interior design showroom and was part of the event team at the Long Center. Prior to that, I served as the office manager for a full-service wedding florist and worked with one of Austin’s largest event rental companies, in addition to part-time work with a full-service catering team — experiences I pursued intentionally to broaden my knowledge as a coordinator.

The non-refundable retainer to book my services is 50% of the grand total with the remaining 50% due 18 days before the event. I'm happy to visit about a payment plan with you upon request. Regarding methods of payment: You are welcome to pay electronically online (a 3% admin fee applies) or You are welcome to pay with a physical check, Zelle or money order. (These methods of payment avoid the admin fee.)

I am based in South Austin. Travel within the city and surrounding areas (up to one hour) is included in my services. Events requiring extended travel may incur additional travel or accommodation fees. Any applicable costs will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal following our complimentary consultation.

Most emails received before 5pm on non-event days are answered the same day, often within the hour. You can expect a response no later than 48 hours from when I receive your email or phone call, regardless of the day. During peak season or on event days, my initial reply may simply confirm I’ve received your message and will follow up in more detail soon.
