MONTH-OF COORDINATION

WEDDING SERVICE: Month-Of Coordination services are for the couples who want an experienced confidant guiding and supervising their actions throughout the entire planning process to ensure a stress-free experience.

From date of hire I'm available via phone and email to offer expertise, guidance and answer questions
You receive access to my preferred vendor list and cloud-based drive to easily keep track of all planning documents
We will schedule at least 3 meetings to discuss event details
I will schedule, attend and lead a venue walk-through
I will attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal (the day before or day-of the event)
I provide (up to) 12 hours of onsite 'day-of' coordination which includes the following:

Ceremony coordination lead
Supervision of vendor load in and set up
Supervision of event timing
Set up of the following personal/decor items: guestbook, seating chart, cake utensils, champagne flutes, favors, table numbers, bar signage, linen placement on tables and send off items (i.e. sparklers, pom-poms, bubbles, etc.)
Loading of the aforementioned items and any received gifts into designated vehicles at the end of the night.
Distribution of any personal flowers (boutonnières and corsages) and any vendor gratuities accordingly
Your access to my wedding emergency kit which includes: scissors, assortment of tape, mini sewing kit, glue gun and safety pins

I build a customized checklist (or 'to-do' list) for your wedding, complete with 'start by' dates as well as deadlines
I provide monthly check-ins via email to ensure your planning process remains on schedule.
I provide oversight of the vendor hiring process (by asking you to CC me on all emails exchanged with vendors)
I will create a timeline & diagram for the event for reference during the planning process
By way of email, I introduce myself to the vendors you've hired one month prior to the event to coordinate all logistics

DAY-OF ASSISTANT

WEDDING SERVICE: Day-Of Assistant services are for couples who are handling most of the planning process on their own and would like someone to double check their work before the big day.

From date of hire I'm available via phone and email to offer expertise, guidance and answer questions
You receive access to my preferred vendor list and cloud-based drive to easily keep track of all planning documents
We will schedule at least 2 meetings to review everything you have planned and discuss the event details. If desired, one of those meetings can double as a venue walk-through
I will attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal (the day before or day-of the event)
I provide (up to) 12 hours of onsite 'day-of' assistance which includes the following:

Ceremony coordination lead
Supervision of vendor load in and set up
Supervision of event timing, referencing the layouts and timeline that you create
Set up of the following personal/decor items: guestbook, seating chart, cake utensils, champagne flutes, favors, table numbers, bar signage, linen placement on tables and send off items (i.e. sparklers, pom-poms, bubbles, etc.)
Loading of the aforementioned items and any received gifts into designated vehicles at the end of the night.

FULL SERVICE (Add Ons)

WEDDING SERVICE: The listed services are offered as add ons to either my Day-Of Assistant or Month-Of Coordination packages. These add ons are available for couples who would like for me to take the reins of their planning process and play a more prominent role on the back end.

Venue Recommendations & Tours

Need help finding the perfect “I do” venue? After discussing your vision, I will compile a list of (up to) 5 venues which I believe will best fit your event. I will ensure the venues I select are available for the date(s) you are looking for and provide a summary of everything that is included alongside the price. Once that list is ready we will hop on a call to discuss and narrow that list down to 2 venues you'd like to go tour. I will schedule tours of the venues and then at the tour we will walk through all the possibilities! After touring the second venue, you will make a final decision and select your wedding venue.

Vendor Meetings (+ Management)

$300/per meeting

Want me to take the reins of your planning process and play a prominent role helping you hire and manage vendors? For the vendors of your choosing, I will: - Check availability - Schedule a meeting (or tasting/consultation) with that vendor - Attend that scheduled meeting with you (or on your behalf) - Handle all contract updates on your behalf before and after you hire that vendor For example, to lock in your florist, I'd reach out to 1 of my preferred vendors to check their availability, schedule a meeting with that 1 vendor, attend the 1 meeting with you (or on your behalf) and then manage all communication / contract updates with your florist once you've signed a contract and paid that vendor. If you then wish to meet with a second florist (to receive a second quote), there would be no additional charge. Oftentimes, I find that meeting with a second florist is not always necessary and relies on how well the first meeting went. Should you find yourself wishing to visit with a third florist (to receive a third quote), you'd have the option to do that on your own (without me), or to add on another Vendor Meeting @ $300.

Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

Let’s make sure your rehearsal dinner is as stress free as your wedding day! I will include rehearsal dinner specific to-do items added to your customized checklist and monitor the planning of that event I will create a timeline and (any needed) diagrams specific to the rehearsal dinner I will provide (up to) 6 hours of onsite 'day-of' coordination which includes the following: - Supervision of vendor load in and set up - Execution of timeline - Set up of your personal/decor items

If your are designing and ordering your own Save The Dates / RSVPs and need help assembling / shipping let me know! If you’re local and need an extra set of hands to help assemble my hourly rate is $50/hour. If you want to ship your Save The Dates / RSVPs to me to send out for you, let’s discuss the details together and I can quote you a custom price based on the estimated hours of work.

Pick Up & Return Services

Planning to BYO bubbles and booze? Need someone to pick up and return your cake stand? Etc I'm happy to pick up and/or returns certain items for you at a rate of $75 per pick up and $75 per return.

How much experience do you have / what is your event background?

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Design Tech, specializing in theatrical stage management and directing. My career in the event industry began nearly a decade ago when I moved to Austin and interned with one of the industry's most reputable planners, who has nearly 30 years of experience. Over the past 9+ years, I gained hands-on experience working directly with this planner’s team and advanced through roles including day-of assistant, lead coordinator, and full planner, before launching my own business 3.5 years ago.
Are your packages customizable?

Absolutely! I'd love to hear more about your event and discuss what you're looking for. Once I have an idea of the scope of the services you are envisioning I'll build a fully custom package for you.
Can I add services on at a later time?

Of course! Let me know when you need to call in some backup and I will be happy to assist.
What are your payment terms?

The non-refundable retainer to book my services is 50% of the grand total with the remaining 50% due 18 days before the wedding. I'm happy to visit about a payment plan with you upon request. Regarding methods of payment: You are welcome to pay electronically online (a 3% admin fee applies) or You are welcome to pay with a physical check and/or money order. (This method of payment avoids the admin fee.)
Do you offer wedding design services?

I consider myself a design liaison—someone who can take the vision in your mind and guide you to the artists (vendors) who can bring that vision to life. My guidance is included in all of the above packages. If you’d like for me to attend a vendor meeting with you (or on your behalf) I offer Vendor Meetings (+ Management) at $300/per meeting. [More on that under Full Service (Add Ons) above.] I love getting to collaborate with my fellow vendors and voice my opinions on decor, color, aesthetics, the event layout, etc.
Do you offer budgeting services to help us remain on budget?

I offer complimentary budgeting advice to all potential new clients before they hire me. This is to ensure their budget is realistically synced with the vision they've described to me and based on trends I see in the industry. Should you choose to retain my services, I am not contractually tied to your budget. I am happy to provide a budget tracking spreadsheet for your use!
