The packages below provide a basic overview of services offered for weddings.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION

$3,800

Month-Of Coordination services are a great fit for couples who either don't know where to begin or couples who began... but want to enlist some backup! Either way, this package is for those who want an experienced confidant supervising and guiding their actions through the planning process to help ensure a low stress wedding day!

- Ceremony coordination lead

- Supervision of vendor load in / set up as well as execution of timeline

- Set up of the following personal/decor items:

I'm available via phone and email for questions / advice / general guidance from date of hire
We will schedule at least 3 meetings to discuss event details
I will attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal (the day before or day-of the event)
I provide (up to) 12 hours of onsite 'day-of' coordination which includes the following:

guestbook, seating chart, cake utensils and champagne flutes, favors, table numbers, bar signage, linen placement on tables, send off items (i.e. sparklers, pom-poms, bubbles, balloons, etc.)

I build a customized checklist (or 'to-do' list) for your wedding, complete with 'start by' dates as well as deadlines
You receive access to my preferred vendor list as well as cloud-based drive to easily keep track of all planning documents
I provide oversight of the vendor hiring process (by asking you to CC me on all emails exchanged with vendors)
I will create a timeline & diagram for the event for reference during the planning process
I will schedule, attend and lead a venue walk through
By way of email, I introduce myself to the vendors you've hired one month prior to the event to coordinate all logistics

CUSTOM ADD ON, Venue Tours and Recommendations

CUSTOM ADD ON, Rehearsal Dinner Coordination

DAY-OF ASSISTANT

$1,600

Day-Of Assistant services best match couples who are handling most of the planning process on their own (including: timeline, diagram, all event logistics, etc.) but want someone with experience to be available for guidance, to help get them down the aisle and to serve as the day-of contact to direct vendors / answer their questions.

- Ceremony coordination lead

- Supervision of vendor load in / set up and event timing, referencing the layouts and timeline that you create

- Set up of the following personal/decor items:

guestbook, seating chart, cake utensils and champagne flutes, favors, table numbers, bar signage, linen placement on tables, send off items (i.e. sparklers, pom-poms, bubbles, balloons, etc.)

I'm available via phone and email for questions / advice / general guidance from date of hire
We will schedule at least 2 meetings to discuss event details
I will attend and lead your ceremony rehearsal (the day before or day-of the event)
I provide (up to) 9 hours of onsite 'day-of' assistance which includes the following:

WITH THIS PACKAGE, COUPLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Creating a timeline and diagram for the event
Coordinating all event logistics beforehand
Informing the vendor team that I will be the Day-of (or 'Point Of') contact on the event day for questions

Full Service Coordination is available for couples who would like me to take the reins of their planning process and play a prominent role helping them to hire vendors.

Includes all 'Month-Of Coordination' services
For the vendors of your choosing, I will provide the following additional services:

- Checking vendor availability

- Vendor appointment scheduling
- Attendance at vendor appointments with you or on your behalf
- Handling vendor contract updates on your behalf before and after you hire the vendor
